FFC (purity≥95%) were purchased from Shenniu Biological Technical Co. Ltd (Shandong, China). SMPs (purity≥95%) were purchased from SHENGYAKAI Biological Technical Co. Ltd (Hunan, China), which consisted of five different monosaccharides, including mannose, rhamnose, arabinose, glucose and galactose, in the molar ratio of 2.24:2.35:1.27:0.98:1.11. Commercial kits for detecting chickens IgA, IgG, IgM, IFN-γ, IL-2 and IL-4 obtained from Shanghai Hengyuan Biotech CO.,Ltd (Shanghai China). Other chemicals used in these experiments of analytical grade were from commercial sources.
