The levels of IgG1, IgG2a, and IgM in sera were examined using commercially available mouse ELISA kits according to the manufacturer’s instructions (HengYuan, Shanghai, China). The levels of IL-4, IL-12, IL-17, IFN-γ, and TGF-β in sera from the ten groups were investigated with commercial ELISA kits (HengYuan, Shanghai, China) according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
